The challenge
Mid-sized delivery operators often coordinate drivers through phone calls and messaging groups. Dispatchers have no live picture of the fleet, customers call for updates, and proof of delivery is scattered across photos and paper slips.
The solution
A web console for dispatchers with live map tracking, route assignment and exception alerts, paired with a driver app for job lists, navigation hand-off and photo-based proof of delivery. Customers receive a tracking link instead of calling.
