About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. In them, “we” and “us” refer to Nexora.

Preliminary estimates are not quotations

Estimates produced by the evaluation platform are preliminary and based only on the information you entered and the pricing rules in effect at the time of submission. They are not a quotation or a contractual offer and do not guarantee any cost or delivery time.

A commercial commitment exists only through a formal written proposal accepted by you and us, and a signed project agreement.

What you share with us

When you submit an evaluation or message, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share any files you attach.

Your idea and materials remain yours. We treat them as confidential and use them only to assess and respond to your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Concept projects

Projects labelled “Concept Project” are explorations created by us to illustrate our approach. They are not completed client work and do not represent real results.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to submit harmful or misleading content, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or collect data by automated means without permission.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this website and the NEXORA brand belong to us. Using the website does not grant you any rights to them beyond normal browsing.

Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on a preliminary estimate or on website content without a written agreement.

Projects and agreements

The terms of any project — including scope, cost, timeline, ownership of source code and governing law — are set out in the written agreement for that project.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
