Who we are
Nexora operates this website and its project evaluation platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it and the choices you have.
Data we collect
We only collect what you give us, plus the minimum technical data needed to run and protect the service:
- When you evaluate a project: project type, description, requested features, stage, target markets, budget and timeline, together with your name, email address and country, and — if you provide them — your company name, phone number and preferred contact method.
- Files you choose to attach to an evaluation.
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company, topic and message.
- The time you accepted this policy, and whether you opted in to marketing updates.
- A one-way keyed hash derived from your IP address, used to prevent abuse and spam. We do not store the IP address itself.
How we use it
We use your data to:
- Assess your project, produce a preliminary estimate and prepare any formal proposal you request.
- Contact you about your request through the method you chose.
- Protect the website against abuse and automated submissions.
- Produce aggregated statistics that do not identify individuals, to improve our services.
- Send marketing updates only if you explicitly opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Preliminary estimates
Estimates shown after you submit an evaluation are calculated automatically from your answers using versioned pricing rules. We store the answers used and the rules version with each estimate so it can be reviewed and reproduced. No binding decision about you is made by the automated estimate alone; every request is reviewed by our team.
Website statistics
To understand how the website is used, we record anonymous page views without cookies and without storing any identifier on your device. For each page view we keep only:
- The page address and the language of the site.
- The website that referred you, if any (its domain only), and campaign labels such as utm_source.
- Your approximate country, looked up from your IP address at the moment of the visit using a database on our own server (DB-IP). The IP address is not stored or sent to anyone.
- The type of device and the names of your browser and operating system.
- A visitor code calculated from your IP address and browser with a random value that changes every day and is then deleted, so your visits cannot be linked from one day to the next or traced back to you.
How long we keep data
Project evaluations and their attachments are kept for 24 months after their last activity, contact form messages for 12 months, and anonymous website statistics for 25 months, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, the project agreement governs how long related data is kept.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, the administration area is restricted to authorised staff with protected accounts, and important administrative actions are logged. Attachments are stored outside public folders and can only be downloaded by authorised staff. The private access key for your request is stored only as a one-way hash.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent to marketing updates, through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before acting on the request.
International transfers
The providers listed above may process data in countries other than your own. We choose providers that apply appropriate security controls.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or providers change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
